- Do you offer dry cleaning services?
- No. Please ensure clothing has been dry cleaned or washed before dropping off to us.
- Should I schedule an appointment or just stop by?
- An appointment is required for Wedding Dresses/Formal Attire. A 50% deposit will be required at your first meeting.
- For Regular Wear Clothing & Accessories, Uniforms, Household/Seasonal Items, no appointment is necessary.
- How much time is expected for Wedding/Formal Attire alterations?
- Allowing 2-3 months for a Wedding Dress Customization is a good time frame. The process typically includes 2-5 fittings for the Bride. We do work with Brides to expedite rush orders and have met deadlines of 1 month turnaround time. Of course, the more time allocated to prepare the dress for such as special day, the better for all involved.
- How long does it take for basic alterations?
- Typical turnaround time is a week for regular wear clothing and uniforms.
- Please allow at least 2 weeks for household items such as cushions, curtains, and wall hangings, and seasonal specialties such as Halloween costumes.
- We will give you an estimate of when the work will be complete when you drop off your clothes.
- Do you offer rush services?
- Yes. We may need to charge extra, at our discretion, with consideration to the time frame and complexity of the project.
- Additional costs in the range of $25 – $50 is possible for Formal Attire expedited orders.
- An $8 rush fee may be added for regular wear clothing to be completed quickly.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash, Business Checks, Mastercard, & Visa.
We do not accept Personal Checks, American Express, or Discover.
