  1. Do you offer dry cleaning services?
    • No. Please ensure clothing has been dry cleaned or washed before dropping off to us.
  2. Should I schedule an appointment or just stop by?
    • An appointment is required for Wedding Dresses/Formal Attire. A 50% deposit will be required at your first meeting.
    • For Regular Wear Clothing & Accessories, Uniforms, Household/Seasonal Items, no appointment is necessary.
  3.  How much time is expected for Wedding/Formal Attire alterations?
    • Allowing 2-3 months for a Wedding Dress Customization is a good time frame. The process typically includes 2-5 fittings for the Bride. We do work with Brides to expedite rush orders and have met deadlines of 1 month turnaround time. Of course, the more time allocated to prepare the dress for such as special day, the better for all involved.
  4.  How long does it take for basic alterations?
    • Typical turnaround time is a week for regular wear clothing and uniforms.
    • Please allow at least 2 weeks for household items such as cushions, curtains, and wall hangings, and seasonal specialties such as Halloween costumes.
    • We will give you an estimate of when the work will be complete when you drop off your clothes.
  5. Do you offer rush services?
    • Yes. We may need to charge extra, at our discretion, with consideration to the time frame and complexity of the project.
    • Additional costs in the range of $25 – $50 is possible for Formal Attire expedited orders.
    • An $8 rush fee may be added for regular wear clothing to be completed quickly.
  6. What payment methods do you accept?
    • Cash, Business Checks, Mastercard, & Visa.

We do not accept Personal Checks, American Express, or Discover.
